Project Description

Prunier, Tokyo, Japan

Dressed in carved wood with brass inlays, the counters are imagined as sculptural elements, creating a link with the iconic Prunier
restaurant in Victor Hugo, Paris.

The counters are declined into a tasting bar designed in marble and charcoal wood where the customer can comfortably taste the caviar & salmon delicacy.

The back of bar is carved into the wall to maximize the space and integrated all the functions. Prunier boxes are exhibited on shelves with indirect lighting in order to highlight the products.

The side walls are an echo to the emblematic Prunier facade.
